These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online services (“Services”) of Listio.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) provided through the website https://www.listio.co.uk/ (“Website”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Listio.co.uk provides an online platform where users can browse advertisements aggregated from third-party sources as well as advertisements submitted directly on the Website. Full access to listings, advertiser contact details, and all features requires an active subscription to our Verification service.

2. Subscription and Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Access to the Services requires a subscription including a 2-day trial for £0.50, followed by an automatic renewal of £8 every 14 days, unless cancelled. The subscription becomes active immediately upon payment.

2.2 The subscription renews automatically every 14 days unless cancelled via the account settings. Cancellation is technically unavailable during the first 24 hours. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

2.3 Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

2.4 By providing payment details, you authorise recurring charges for the applicable subscription fees.

2.5 Under UK consumer law, a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract generally applies. However, this right does not apply once a digital service has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel. The Services begin immediately after payment. By completing the payment and starting your subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that the right to cancel no longer applies.

2.6 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least one (1) month in advance.

2.7 You are responsible for ensuring valid payment details and sufficient funds. Repeated payment failures may result in suspension or termination of access. Payment obligations remain unaffected.

2.8 All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include applicable VAT. Accepted payment methods include VISA and Mastercard.

2.9 You are solely responsible for correctly cancelling your subscription. Instructions are available in the FAQ. Email requests do not constitute valid cancellation. Support: support@listio.co.uk

3. User Responsibilities

You must keep your account credentials confidential and refrain from unlawful, abusive, or disruptive use of the Website.

4. Advertisements and Content

We do not verify, control, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or availability of advertisements displayed on the Website. Users remain responsible for any content they submit.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from service interruptions or data loss.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services at any time in case of violation of these Terms.

7. Privacy

8. Amendments

These Terms may be modified at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
